Our Story

Hi there! My Name is Armand Robinson. I'm a Chef of over 15 years and I wanted to give you some background on how this business came to be!

Personally, I have a sweet tooth so with the carb restrictions I have, it became time to discover desserts that fit the mold. It wasn't easy at first but making some recommenced recipes and tweaking them to my liking made some great desserts! Being a chef, this has been a great way to spend time at home with the stay at home orders we were all going through at the time. Thanks to some family chats during treating them with these desserts, I then thought, why not share what I have learned with people who have similar dietary practices in my community? The Keto Chef Bakery was born!

"Keto Friendly" defines foods that fit (with moderation) into the Ketogenic Diet. To keep it simple, my daily food intake is mostly non-processed fats, vegetables, and proteins along with a highly regulated amount of carbohydrates. Being on this diet "eats the fat" that is stored in the body in a process called Ketosis. This is exactly what I was looking for and on this lifestyle choice I have lost 60 pounds so far!  The diet is not for everybody but I wish to show people that it is possible to be on this diet and happy with having some sweets as well!
